That is a great point, Kimberly, but don't you think the barrier to entry will become much higher for juniors if the "busy work" is gone? How will new project coordinators learn the ropes if AI handles all the scheduling and documentation tasks that usually serve as their training ground?

I believe AI will act as a co-pilot. It won't take your job, but a person using AI might take the job of someone who refuses to adapt to the new digital landscape.

• I totally agree with Sandra. History shows that every technological leap, from the PC to the internet, changed jobs rather than just deleting them. Adaptation is the only way forward.
