• Adrian, that role is already here! I’ve seen job postings for "Intelligent Automation Leads" that pay 20% more than standard RPA roles. They want someone who knows when to use an LLM for sentiment analysis and when to use a bot for data entry. The "money" is moving toward those who can manage the "Hybrid Workforce" of humans, bots, and AI.
