As someone who has been in the industry for a decade, I can tell you that the demand for "T-shaped" developers is actually increasing. While the entry-level market is competitive, being a full stack professional gives you a bird's-eye view of how systems interact, which is invaluable. Most startups prefer hiring one person who can handle a React frontend and a Node.js backend rather than two specialists. It saves them money and communication overhead. If you focus on building a strong portfolio with real-world projects, the "saturation" won't affect you as much as the people just following tutorials.

• Brian, that is a valid concern, but AI is a tool, not a replacement. A full stack developer uses AI to move faster. The human still needs to architect the system, ensure security, and handle complex logic that AI often hallucinates. It actually raises the bar for what a "junior" needs to know, making high-quality training even more essential than it was a few years ago.
