• Richard, that correlation is exactly where the value lies. Traditional velocity only tells you what was completed, not the "cost" to the human doing it. By overlaying Neurable's flow metrics with Jira tickets, we can identify "flow-killers"—like excessive meetings or poorly documented requirements. I’ve seen teams use this to protect "Deep Work" hours. If the BCI shows the majority of the team is in a high-focus state, the system automatically mutes Slack notifications. It’s about using BCI to enhance the environment, not to micromanage the individual.

Privacy is the biggest blocker here. Most developers will be rightfully hesitant to have their brainwaves monitored. You need a very transparent "Data Ethics" charter first.
