However, if you are looking for long-term "job security" in a corporate or banking environment, the Java/Spring or .NET ecosystems are virtually unshakeable. These large institutions have legacy systems that need constant scaling and modernizing. While MERN has more job postings, it also has significantly more applicants. The enterprise route (Java/Angular) often pays more because the learning curve is steeper.

Regardless of the specific language, focus on learning SQL. Many "Full Stack" devs today are weak on database design, and that is where the real engineering happens.
