AI is more about augmentation and decision-making. In my view, the real threat isn't the technology, but the refusal to adapt. If your job is purely repetitive, RPA is a major risk. If your job requires nuance, AI is a tool. The goal should be to position yourself as the person who designs the automated workflows.
