The "arms race" in cybersecurity is very real. We use SOAR platforms to handle automation for alert triage, which is necessary because the volume of attacks is too high for humans. However, AI-generated phishing is becoming so realistic that even trained employees are clicking. The best defense is a hybrid approach where you use high-speed automated blocks for known patterns, but keep a highly trained SOC team for the anomalies that the AI tries to sneak past. Never trust a system that claims to be 100% automated
