The real threat is not the AI, but the developer who refuses to use the AI. Those who embrace it will produce ten times more than those who don't. It’s an industrial revolution for the mind, essentially.

• That’s the big question, Paul. We might see "flatter" teams. Instead of a lead with five juniors, we might see a lead with two "AI-powered" seniors. The middle-management layer of tech is likely to feel the most pressure to prove their unique value beyond just coordinating tasks.

I think it’s a tool. Just like Git or Cloud computing, it changes how we work but the fundamental need for logic and problem-solving remains the same.
