Lesson 1: Change Management Command the Change Management cycle: classification, ranking, risk review, and the activities of the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
Lesson 2: Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) Explore SACM objectives, the maintenance of the Configuration Management System (CMS), and the vital nature of the CMDB.
Lesson 3: Release and Deployment Management Examine the four release and deployment stages and the various rollout methods (Big Bang, Phased, Automated) to lower service hazards.

Lesson 1: Service Validation and Testing (SVT) Organize and perform testing routines to verify that the implemented service aligns with design plans and functional needs.
Lesson 2: Evaluation Grasp the method for judging the success of a service modification against intended corporate goals shortly after implementation.
Lesson 3: Knowledge Management ITIL Govern the flow of data to ensure the correct facts are accessible when needed (DIKW hierarchy) and manage the Service Knowledge Management System (SKMS).
Module 4: Functions, Technology, and Challenges
Lesson 1: Transition Planning and Support Navigate the holistic process of organizing, aligning, and auditing assets and hazards during the Service Transition period.
Lesson 2: Technology and Architecture Review how software, platforms, and automation assist ITIL Service Transition processes, particularly in configuration and rollout.
Lesson 3: Challenges, CSFs, and Risks Evaluate major hurdles (e.g., weak SACM accuracy, pushback against Change Management) and CSFs specific to the transition phase.
