    No. You just need to understand the process of making things, not how to write the code itself. Managers and quality leads are usually the ones driving these changes.

  • Is CMMI still useful if we use Agile?
    Yes. CMMI tells you what goals to reach, not how to reach them. You can easily meet the requirements using Scrum or Kanban.

  • What is the Associate exam like?
    It is a multiple-choice test taken online with a proctor. Passing it puts you in the official CMMI directory. Our course is built to help you pass this test.

  • What is the cmmi certification cost for the exam?
    The Institute usually charges between $250 and $300 USD for the test. This is separate from what you pay for the training course.

  • Does the credential expire?
    The Associate certification is permanent. More advanced certifications might need to be renewed later.
