Instructor Promotion:
A. 95% of the revenue goes to the Trainer
B. 5% of the revenue generated in this goes for payment gateway charges and other admin fees
C. Learnersera to give a special discount code to trainers for this activity
Learnersera Organic:
A. This is ideally due to Learnersera's SEO efforts attracting traffice to our website
B. We will share the profit on 50:50 basis
App Purchases:
A. Learnersera has to pay Apple/Google a fee of 30% fee on each sale.
B. Remaining 70% Revenue Amount is divided equally between Learnersera and Vendor
C. Affiliate, Ad Words and Email Marketing Efforts
D. Instructor to get 25% share on this
E. Learnersera to set aside 75% to pay for advertising cost which will help us getting these leads.
Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training
If the cancellation is done by the delegate within 48 hours of subscribing, 5% will be deducted as administration fee. If the cancellation is done by the delegate after 48 hours of subscribing no refund will be made. In case of third party courses (eg. MS Project and MS Share point), 50% administration and cancellation charges will be levied on the total fee paid by the delegate and the remaining amount will be paid if the cancelation is done within 48 hours of subscription Money back guarantee is void IN WITNESSES WHEREOF, each of the parties hereto has caused this Agreement to be duly executed by a duly authorized representative of such party as of the date first written above.
